Hybrid 4 days on-site in Greenwood Village, CO

The organization seeks a Product Manager to drive developer AI tools and platform integration initiatives. The role will partner across private cloud, public cloud, and security to define requirements, execute multi-team programs, and deliver measurable developer productivity outcomes. The ideal candidate brings cloud and CI/CD expertise, AI literacy, and a background launching developer tooling at scale. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex constraints into actionable product roadmaps will be essential.

Rate: $62.00 to $69.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with private cloud, public cloud, and security teams to gather and prioritize developer tooling requirements.
  • Drive multi-team initiatives from conception through delivery with clear milestones, risk management, and phased rollouts.
  • Navigate enterprise product lifecycle including procurement, security reviews, compliance, and large-scale tool adoption.
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps that balance immediate needs with long-term strategy while managing stakeholder priorities.
  • Define KPIs, measure developer productivity and adoption, and build data-driven business cases and dashboards for executives.
  • Serve as primary liaison across platform and security teams to integrate requirements into the software development lifecycle.
  • Translate infrastructure constraints, security policies, and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications.
  • Influence without authority to drive alignment and earn trust through technical credibility.
  • Assess vendors and tools for technical merit, integration complexity, and strategic fit.
  • Conduct build-versus-buy, TCO, and technical feasibility analyses.
  • Identify toolchain gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across the application portfolio.
  • Plan change management, training, and adoption strategies to demonstrate value beyond license procurement.
  • Create technical documentation including PRDs, architecture decision records, integration specifications, and onboarding guides.
  • Synthesize complex technical trade-offs into clear recommendations for leadership and engage deeply with architects as needed.
  • Conduct ongoing tool assessments, feasibility studies, and TCO analysis to inform investment decisions.
  • Define and track developer productivity and adoption metrics across teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support contract negotiations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on platform integration and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain product roadmaps aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Stay current with evolving industry toolsets and platform engineering trends.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5 to 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform and CI/CD systems.
  • Demonstrated literacy with Artificial Intelligence, including understanding LLM capabilities and limitations.
  • Track record launching developer tools or platform products at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with TCO and ROI analysis experience.
  • Experience with Git, Microsoft Office, Confluence, JIRA, and Python for data analysis.
  • Software development background with production coding experience to understand developer workflows (preferred).
  • Background in security, compliance, or infrastructure teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML enterprise deployment considerations (preferred).
  • PMP, CSPO, CISM, or equivalent certification (preferred).

Education Requirements:
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • CSPO certification (preferred).
  • CISM certification (preferred).
