Key Responsibilities- Design and implement electrical systems for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in production machinery.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Select and specify electrical components for manufacturing equipment.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor control, and power distribution.
- Experience with CAD software for electrical schematics and panel layouts.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000).
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
- Knowledge of robotics and automation systems in a manufacturing context.
- Certifications in relevant electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
