Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in production machinery.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Select and specify electrical components for manufacturing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor control, and power distribution.
• Experience with CAD software for electrical schematics and panel layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000).
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Knowledge of robotics and automation systems in a manufacturing context.
• Certifications in relevant electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
