Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project timelines, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity
• Track sprint progress and ensure adherence to Agile processes
• Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and prioritization
• Foster collaboration and transparency within teams and stakeholders

Project Management Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and leadership
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting
