About the Role:
We're looking for a customer-focused
IT Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support to Uniti's internal teams. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of the employee technology experience, helping ensure users stay connected, productive, and supported. You'll troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, while also managing software installation, configuration, connectivity, and removal.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. As a highly visible, customer-facing team member, you'll combine technical expertise with professionalism and strong communication skills to create a positive support experience for every user.
This is an On-site work environment.
What You'll Do:
- Resolve Uniti's internal customer computer issues-
- Software installations/Removal
- Configuration
- Connectivity
- General IT related issues
- Other
- Resolve tickets in a timely fashion by adhering to departments SLA.
- Work from IT ticketing system independently as assigned.
- Ability to work in a small group environment.
- Document steps taken for resolutions.
- Engaging other Uniti teams when necessary to resolve issues.
- Proactively identifying problems and finding resolutions.
- Communicating complex technical issues to non-technical customers.
- Attention to detail & organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Project participation, overtime, and travel as required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Do You Have:- Associates degree in technical field
- 5 years directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related technical experience required.
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
