Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a GuidingCare Configuration Analyst with strong experience in care management platforms, specifically GuidingCare, to support configuration, implementation, and optimization of healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into system configurations that support clinical and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain the GuidingCare platform based on business requirements
Analyze and translate healthcare workflows into system configurations
Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of GuidingCare modules
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions
Perform system testing (UAT, regression) and validate configurations
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data workflows
Maintain system documentation, workflows, and configuration guides

Required Skills & Experience:

3–7+ years of experience in healthcare IT or care management systems
Hands-on experience with GuidingCare configuration (mandatory)
Strong understanding of care management workflows (UM, CM, DM)
Experience with EDI transactions (nice to have, especially in healthcare)
Knowledge of healthcare payer systems and processes
Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
Familiarity with SQL for data validation/reporting (preferred)
