We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise‑scale integration solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining integration architecture, leading delivery teams, and ensuring high‑quality, secure, and scalable APIs across multiple enterprise systems.
This role requires strong hands‑on MuleSoft expertise combined with leadership, design, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Define API‑led connectivity architecture (System, Process, and Experience layers)
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, reusable, and performant
Review and approve designs, code, and deployment approaches
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to MuleSoft developers
Development & Integration
Design and build REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven integrations, and batch interfaces
Integrate with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, data platforms, legacy applications, and cloud services
Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and resiliency patterns
Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex integration issues
Governance & Best Practices
Establish and enforce integration standards, coding guidelines, and reusable assets
Implement API security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, and policies
Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into integration designs
Participate in architecture reviews and cross‑team technical discussions
Provide clear technical documentation and design artifacts
Support release planning and production deployments
Required Qualifications
12+ years of integration experience, with 7+ years on MuleSoft
Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Runtime Manager, API Manager, Design Center, Exchange)
Hands‑on experience with API‑led connectivity
Proficient in Java, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and messaging patterns
Experience integrating on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid systems
Strong understanding of security, performance tuning, and scalability
