We are seeking an experienced Team Center Unified Support Engineer to join our application support practice. In this role, you will act as a key technical problem solver, ensuring operational reliability and high performance across critical Siemens Teamcenter enterprise applications.

responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues across Siemens Teamcenter application environments.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for recurring technical issues to optimize overall system stability.
- Mentor and guide junior support engineers by sharing technical best practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams to align application improvements with technical goals.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of direct hands-on experience supporting and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter.
Demonstrated experience with advanced application troubleshooting, software incident management, and system architecture.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication skills with a background in technical mentorship or leadership roles.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications in a managed services environment.
