OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Integration Engineer to lead the implementation and integration of
Flexera One IT Visibility and Technology Intelligence Platform with
ServiceNow. This role will play a critical part in enhancing enterprise asset visibility, improving CMDB accuracy, and enabling usage analysis and cost optimization across hybrid IT environments.
This is a
expert-level, hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise with Flexera One and ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate can step in quickly and own the integration end-to-end.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Flexera One IT Visibility and Technology Intelligence Platform.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Flexera inventory beacons and discovery agents across:
- On-premises environments
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- SaaS applications
- Design, implement, and maintain the Flexera One and ServiceNow integration, ensuring accurate and enriched CMDB data.
- Manage data normalization and reconciliation, ensuring raw discovery data is properly mapped and usable.
- Coordinate and implement direct and indirect integrations, including:
- SaaS APIs
- Cloud connectors
- Third-party data sources
- Develop custom automation and integration scripts using:
- SQL
- PowerShell or Bash
- Python (preferred) or JavaScript
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and ITSM teams to support enterprise asset management initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience- Hands-on experience with Flexera One IT Visibility and Technology Intelligence Platform
- Strong experience integrating Flexera with ServiceNow, specifically for CMDB enrichment
- Proven experience with Flexera inventory beacons and discovery agents
- Solid experience in Windows and Linux server administration
- Experience working in enterprise-scale hybrid environments
- Proficiency with automation and scripting (SQL, PowerShell/Bash, Python or JavaScript)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred / Additional Skills- Cloud integration experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- SaaS API integration experience
- Exposure to regulated or large enterprise environments
- Experience in IT asset management, IT visibility, or cost optimization initiatives

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
