Top Requirements

(Must haves)

• Minimum 5 years in event marketing or demand generation.
• Hands-on experience supporting both firstparty and thirdparty events.
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit marketing copy for registration pages, email invites, landing pages, ads, and social posts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews and approvals.
• Experience maintaining editorial/content calendars and managing deadlines across teams.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) for managing attendee records, lead flows, and handoffs.

Basic data analysis skills and experience turning event metrics into actionable recommendations.

Additional Qualifications

(Nice to Haves)

• Experience with paid social and programmatic channels for event promotion.
• Familiarity with event technology platforms (e.g., Splash)
• Event demand generation experience at large, complex organization
