Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in backend systems, data engineering, MCP-based services, and AI-enabled applications. This role focuses on the design, development, and support of enterprise-scale applications and data platforms, with a strong emphasis on API-driven architectures, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across Java, Python, and modern frameworks, and is comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend and full stack applications using Java and Python.
- Build, integrate, and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) services to support AI/LLM-driven workflows.
- Architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs for internal and external consumers.
- Design, build, and operate scalable ETL and data pipelines using Informatica, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications, including LLM-based features and automation.
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure leveraging modern DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with application, data, AI, and DevOps teams, and mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise or large-scale systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
- Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks such as Informatica, PySpark, or SQL-based pipelines.
- Experience with modern data warehouses like Vertica, SingleStore, Clickhouse, or Snowflake.
- Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Proficiency with Git and modern SDLC practices.
- Strong CI/CD and DevOps background (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with C#.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Background in high-volume, data-intensive, or regulated systems.
- Prior experience in technical leadership or solution architecture.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $63.00 and $68.26 per hour.
