Job Title: HCL Consultant (VOLT / IRIS / Foundry)
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – Local Preferred)
Duration: 6 to 12 months Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HCL Consultant to support application environment stabilization and modernization. The role involves deployment pipeline evaluation, environment configuration, and code review.

Must Have Skills:

7+ years with HCL technologies (VOLT / IRIS / Foundry)
Strong experience in CI/CD or deployment automation
Experience in environment configuration & deployment pipelines
Prior consulting/contracting experience (modernization/remediation)

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze dev/test/prod environments
Improve deployment processes & CI/CD pipelines
Review and optimize application code
Troubleshoot environment & deployment issues
Provide documentation & knowledge transfer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (CS/IT or related)
Strong communication skills
Must agree to background check & US work compliance
