Description Email Marketing Manager Location: On-site - Arlington, TX
We're looking for an
Email Marketing Manager with a strong track record in
campaign execution and performance management to drive engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic email marketing initiatives. This role will own the end-to-end email lifecycle - from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.
What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end email campaign execution, including planning, segmentation, deployment, and QA
- Manage and optimize automated and triggered email programs (lifecycle, nurture, retention, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) to drive continuous improvement
- Develop testing strategies (A/B and multivariate) to optimize subject lines, content, timing, and audience segmentation
- Partner with creative and content teams to produce compelling, on-brand email experiences
- Own email calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns and business priorities
- Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance with email marketing best practices
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and performance management
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate performance insights into actionable optimizations
- Experience running A/B tests and improving campaign KPIs over time
- High attention to detail with strong project management and execution skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
