Description Senior Social Media Manager (Paid & Organic) Location: On-site - Arlington, TX
We're seeking a
Senior Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of both
paid and organic social programs at a national level. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to
build and scale a social media team from the ground up, shaping the long-term vision, structure, and success of the function.
What You'll Do- Own the end-to-end social media strategy across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels)
- Lead paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization to drive performance (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
- Oversee organic social strategy, including content planning, posting cadence, community engagement, and brand voice development
- Develop and execute integrated national campaigns aligning paid and organic efforts to maximize reach and engagement
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing social media team, establishing processes, best practices, and long-term structure
- Analyze performance data to generate insights, optimize campaigns, and inform strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and brand teams to develop compelling, platform-native content
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand competitive
Requirements What We're Looking For- 8+ years of experience managing paid and organic social programs at scale
- Proven success leading national or multi-market social campaigns with measurable business impact
- Experience building or scaling teams, with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social management tools
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and optimizing accordingly
- Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
