Job Overview:
Pay Range $35hr - $40hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Ability to perform SQL-based data validation and simple query writing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
- Execute manual test cases and document test results.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
- Validate application data using SQL queries and perform data analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide testing status updates and quality metrics to project teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
