Manufacturing Process Engineer

Role Snapshot

The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing efficiency through process analysis, work design, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Manufacturing and Product Design to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce cost, and improve safety, quality, and throughput. This is a high-priority role with flexibility on background as long as the candidate brings strong manufacturing or process engineering experience.

Education & Experience Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)

·         Manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience required

·         Experience supporting product design and manufacturability

·         Experience working with tooling such as molds, dies, fixtures, and gauges

·         Prior project-based engineering experience

·         Die cast background is a plus but not required

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory

·         Manufacturing or process engineering background required

·         Die casting experience is a plus but no longer required

·         100% on-site role in Waterloo, Iowa
