Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations and transformation programs for Manufacturing and Automotive enterprises. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce delivery, stakeholder governance, ERP integration programs, and large-scale rollout management, particularly across sales processes, aftermarket service, warranty, assets, and supply chain–adjacent processes.
You will own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring successful execution across multiple Salesforce clouds while aligning business outcomes, timelines, quality, risk, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Must‑Have Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience leading end‑to‑end Salesforce programs for Manufacturing or Automotive clients. 15+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of Salesforce project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and implementation of best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing ERP integrations (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) with Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of dealer/distributor landscapes, service models, and asset‑centric business processes.
