Role Overview
This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in full-stack development and data engineering working in an Agile development environment. You will design, develop, and optimize web and database solutions, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support mission-critical applications for background investigation services for the US Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications based on specifications provided by software developers or stakeholders.
- Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to support application functionality.
- Conduct testing and trial runs to validate accuracy and performance of applications.
- Maintain, update, and improve existing programs to increase efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Develop and support reporting solutions using SSRS, including dataset design.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience, including supporting and developing custom web-based applications.
Technical Skills: 7+ years of experience with Angular and 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server.
- 5+ years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience in Cloud development.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management.
- Technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem-solving skills for custom applications.
- Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $40.00/hr to $55.00/hr on a W2 basis. Please note that the pay rate may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
