Location: Remote – US

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Migration Project Manager to lead enterprise endpoint and mobile device migration activities. The role involves end-to-end project planning, migration execution, governance, risk management, client communication, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the overall migration plan, including migration waves, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, readiness checks, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Lead endpoint migration activities using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Quest On Demand Migration, following the approved technical design.
  • Coordinate the migration of approximately 7,000 mobile devices to Microsoft Intune, covering Apple Business Manager (ABM), Samsung Knox, JAMF/Intune configuration, mobile contracts, and end-user reconfiguration.
  • Monitor daily migration progress, success and failure rates, retries, defects, remediation backlogs, and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for migration status, providing daily and weekly reports on progress, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Maintain the RAID log, drive issue resolution, manage dependencies, and escalate critical blockers with recovery plans.
  • Coordinate end-user communications, migration schedules, instructions, White Glove services, VIP migrations, and onsite/remote support.
  • Oversee cutover, post-migration hypercare, defect resolution, and transition to business-as-usual support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing enterprise endpoint migration or workplace transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Quest On Demand Migration.
  • Experience with mobile device management, including ABM, Samsung Knox, and JAMF/Intune.
  • Strong skills in project planning, migration governance, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, risk management, and escalation skills.
  • Ability to manage large-scale migrations and distributed teams in a remote environment.
