UI/UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL for a hybrid role - 3 days onsite (T,W,TH) 6-month contract (rolling).

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support the design of enterprise-level, customer-facing applications. This role will focus on creating intuitive user experiences, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in close partnership with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design user-centered interfaces for enterprise business applications
* Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into usable designs
* Leverage AI-enabled prototyping tools to accelerate design and iteration
* Contribute to customer-facing experiences with a focus on usability and consistency

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-6 years of professional UI/UX design experience
* Strong experience designing enterprise business applications
* Experience working on customer-facing applications
* Advanced proficiency with Figma
* Proven prototyping experience, including use of AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor or similar)
* Portfolio required (must be able to walk through work)
* Ability to work using personal equipment

Nice-to-Have:
* Experience designing mobile applications
* Strong sketching and conceptual design skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
