Description
We are looking for an AI Consultant to help strengthen sales operations through smarter workflow design, automation, and data-informed decision-making in Burlington, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position will focus on improving pipeline efficiency, increasing visibility into sales performance, and building practical AI-enabled solutions within HubSpot and connected systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of revenue workflows and can translate business goals into scalable process improvements that support measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Review current sales processes in HubSpot and identify opportunities to improve lead routing, pipeline progression, and reporting accuracy
Build and deploy AI-enabled solutions that support functions such as lead prioritization, forecasting, and outreach automation
Configure and refine HubSpot tools to simplify day-to-day sales activity and reduce repetitive manual tasks
Work closely with sales stakeholders to align workflow improvements with revenue targets, operational priorities, and key performance indicators
Connect HubSpot with related platforms and business tools to create a more consistent and effective sales technology environment
Track workflow and pipeline performance, analyze results, and recommend ongoing adjustments that improve productivity and conversion outcomes
Document process updates and provide guidance to teams adopting new automation and AI-supported sales practices
Requirements
3+ years of experience in AI consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, or workflow optimization
Demonstrated hands-on expertise with HubSpot and automating sales-related processes
Experience using AI or data-driven methods to improve sales efficiency, forecasting, or lead management
Strong understanding of pipeline management, KPI reporting, and sales process best practices
Ability to map business requirements into practical technical solutions for sales teams
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with tools and concepts related to workflow automation, AI process mapping, Claude, ChatGPT, and reporting analysis
