Salesforce Admin Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Admin Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Administration, Development, and Integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions as an individual contributor and should be capable of handling configuration, customization, automation, integrations, and data management activities across the Salesforce platform.

The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

• Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
• Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities

Salesforce Development

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build custom business logic using Apex Triggers and Classes
• Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries while following governor limits best practices
• Customize Lightning Experience using Lightning App Builder

Automation & Workflow

• Design and implement automation using Flow Builder, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder
• Develop scalable and maintainable automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows and automations

Integration & API Management

• Work on inbound and outbound integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Understand and implement Salesforce integration architecture and API best practices
• Follow integration lifecycle steps including:
  • Requirement gathering
  • API design and authentication setup
  • Data mapping and transformation
  • API development/configuration
  • Testing and validation
  • Deployment and monitoring
  • Error handling and support

Data Management

• Perform data import/export activities using Data Loader and other ETL tools
• Handle data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality management
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce environments

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Provide technical solutions and explain implementation approaches clearly
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
