VISTA Technology Manager (Programs)
This program strengthens Affordable Living for the Aging's (ALA) capacity to deliver scalable, effective services by designing sustainable program-facing technology systems and internal reporting tools. The program focuses on improving how data, workflows, and technology infrastructure support organizational efficiency, measurable outcomes, and long-term stability. The work centers on enhancing existing technology platforms to improve data accuracy and performance tracking. By designing structural components and workflows, the program will replace fragmented or inconsistent practices with standardized systems that staff can maintain over time. The program will support organizational growth by designing dashboards within the agency's existing CRM (on Monday.com) that align with emerging program needs. A core component of the program is internal reporting and dashboard design. The program identifies internal metrics and outcome measures and produces reporting templates and dashboard prototypes that support long-term monitoring and evaluation by staff. This is a capacity-building program and does not involve direct service delivery. By focusing on system design, documentation, and internal reporting, the program strengthens ALA's ability to deliver consistent, data-informed services to low-income and vulnerable populations.
