About the role

Our client needs a Platform Support Specialist for the CCH Tagetik for SAP HANA platform. This is a hands-on technical role focused on platform support, integration, data management, and client enablement.

You''ll work directly with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP data sources, manage real-time data integrations, and support financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting workflows. AI-driven enhancements (matching, anomaly detection, driver-based analysis) are part of the platform roadmap.

What you''ll do

Provide technical support for the CCH Tagetik for SAP HANA platform — performance, uptime, and issue resolution
Troubleshoot data integration, metadata sync, and reporting issues
Manage SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP HANA data integrations using Smart Data Access (SDA) and Smart Data Integration (SDI)
Automate data and metadata extraction, mapping, and synchronization
Train clients on platform functionality: financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting
Apply AI/ML tools to enhance close processes (matching, anomaly detection, driver-based analysis)
Document processes, workflows, and solutions

What we''re looking for

3+ years supporting SAP HANA or similar platforms
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA SDA and SDI
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
Experience with financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
Understanding of metadata management and integration routines
Working knowledge of AI/ML applied to financial workflows
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
Bachelor''s degree in CS, IT, Finance, or related field

Logistics

Onsite in San Jose, CA — local or nearby Bay Area candidates only
W2 engagement (no C2C, no 1099)
Pay: up to $75/hr W2
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
