Hiring: Senior Lead Agentic AI & Telecom Billing Transformation
Location: New Jersey or Philadelphia (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead with expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Telecom BSS/OSS transformation to drive enterprise-scale AI initiatives and telecom billing modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Agentic AI Strategy & Program Ownership
AI Architecture & Solution Design
AI Governance, Risk & Compliance
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Telecom Billing & BSS/OSS Transformation

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development using Python
Strong Telecom BSS & OSS domain expertise
Experience with fixed, mobile, IoT, and converged services
Hands-on experience with telecom platforms like Amdocs, Netcracker, Comarch, Ericsson
Strong understanding of TM Forum standards and 5G architecture concepts

Technical Skills:
Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex
Flask, FastAPI, Django
AWS SageMaker / Azure ML / Google Cloud Platform AI Platform

Preferred:
AI/ML or Generative AI certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
