This position is for a Delivery /Tech Lead who needs minimal guidance, take ownership and be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions. Experienced resource with proficient skills in Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Kafka, MQ, NDM, CI/CD using Jenkins & Agile methodologies, SQL Java Script, Oracle. Strong verbal and team collaboration skills are required.
- 10+ years' experience in information technology, with 4 years of financial services, and 1-3 years of technical architecture experience
- Motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence
- Application development knowledge and experience
- Interpreting business needs and applying innovative technology solutions
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)
- Experience in application implementation and maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Work efficiently in Onshore-Offshore model
