Summary

OTL configuration experience including time entry, time rules, approval rules, time categories, layouts, and related setups
Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Understanding of OTL integration with Payroll, Absence Management, Projects and other HCM modules
Experience supporting CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-production activities
Ability to troubleshoot complex Time & Labor configuration and integration issues
Strong functional documentation and client-facing communication skills

Highly Preferred

Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling experience
Experience with OTL integrations and time-entry interfaces
Experience leading an Oracle Cloud OTL workstream
