Tax Reporting Specialist

Our direct, F100 client is looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist to file and reconcile complex payroll tax returns at the federal, state, and local level. Experience filing taxes directly on behalf of the company you have worked for (rather than a 3rd party vendor) using Master Tax is required. Hybrid 9-month extendable contract role in Cleveland, OH.

Essential Skills:


- Experience filing taxes directly on behalf of the company you have worked for using Master Tax

- Peoplesoft Payroll Tax

- ADP Master Tax

- Advanced Level Excel (Must know how to do V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables)

- Knowledge of Tax law and Accounting Principles

- Attention to Detail

- Strong critical thinking abilities

- Proficiency in conducting tax research

- Recognize process improvement- when needed

- Excellent interpersonal communication

- Skills in mentoring

- Productive and efficient
