Job Description ECS is seeking a Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Lead to work in our
Washington, DC - Hybrid office.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. ECS is seeking an Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Specialist Lead to transform how the SEC monitors, manages, and responds to enterprise IT events. This is not a traditional NOC manager role-the SEC is investing in AI-driven operations (AIOps), intelligent alerting, and automated incident response, and you will be at the center of this transformation. You will lead the EOC team while simultaneously driving the adoption of modern observability platforms, automated runbooks, and predictive analytics that reduce mean time to resolution and prevent incidents before they occur.
You will provide technical leadership and direct supervision of EOC operations across multiple shifts, while serving as the primary advocate for operational intelligence. Your goal is to evolve the EOC from a reactive monitoring center to a predictive, automation-enabled operations hub that leverages AI to improve service quality and reduce manual toil.
