Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer System Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide customer and technical support by investigating issues, answering questions, and coordinating timely resolutions with appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, resolve system-related issues, and communicate updates effectively.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, release notes, issue documentation, and other support materials.
- Train team members and users on system functionality, processes, documentation standards, and support procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, software documentation, data systems, training, or a related technology environment.
