DescriptionThe IT Technical Analyst II role provides technical support for office and manufacturing environments, handling immediate support requests and implementing long-term projects with limited supervision. Responsibilities include managing service requests, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in projects such as software rollouts and plant technology upgrades. The position involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise endpoint devices, supporting mobile programs, and recommending technology solutions to improve efficiency. Strong customer service, technical expertise across systems like Active Directory, SCCM, O365, and Windows 10, and the ability to work independently are essential. The role also requires collaboration with IT teams and plant management, adherence to company policies, and occasional travel, with shared on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies.

-Home based will be in Gaylord, MN.
-10% travel, twice a month MAX to LeSueur, MN plant/farm location. 20 miles from Gaylord, MN location.
-Shift will be 9hrs (1hr of lunch, 8hrs of work). Shift can be 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
-This position supports plants and farms. There is a BIO security process that they have to follow. It requires shower in and out, but Farm Manager need to approve the visit.
-There is one other technician that they will work with.

Additional Qualifications:
-Two-year technical degree, related technical certifications, or equivalent work experience.
-2+ years of experience in an IT support environment.
-Prior experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
-Familiarity with mobile device programs and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
-Willingness to travel domestically (about 10%) and participate in shared on-call support for after-hours emergencies.
