Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP BRIM, Convergent Mediation, and Convergent Invoicing.
- Experience with usage/consumption billing and CPQ-to-BRIM integrations.
- Strong skills in SQL-based data validation.
- Experience with AEM/BTP integration testing.
- Functional understanding of contracts, commitments, overages, and invoicing workflows.
- Ability to validate event schema definitions and payload structures between Sales CRM and BRIM.
- Willingness to learn and test functional and technical pipelines across CPQ-to-Billing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and validate end-to-end usage data pipelines from Sales CRM into BRIM Convergent Mediation.
- Ensure accurate billable-item creation and commitment-vs-actual reconciliation.
- Configure and troubleshoot Convergent Mediation and work on integration with CI.
- Manage billable-item disposition workflows, including validating incoming disposition requests from Sales CRM.
- Create or modify invoices, apply goodwill adjustments, and split composite BITs.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms during invoice execution.
- Lead functional and technical testing across the CPQ-to-Billing pipeline.
- Test bidirectional event flows including disposition requests, BIT alerts, and invoice-created events.
- Perform end-to-end event delivery testing, including timing, retry logic, and failure scenarios.
- Test threshold-based event triggers, such as outstanding-balance alerts.
- Validate data transformation and mapping logic in AEM or Business Technology Platform (BTP) adapters.
- Identify and document integration gaps or timing issues.
