Description Of Services:
Strong IT project management and SDLC experience Experience with GxP validated systems in MedTech Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt & reporting 10+ years of proven IT project management experience delivering complex projects in enterprise environments. Lead end-to-end IT project management for quality and regulatory initiatives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Drive project planning, execution, and delivery following established SDLC processes, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Maintain and proactively manage project plans, risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed. Produce clear and concise status reports, dashboards, and budget tracking using standard tools (e.g., Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT and business teams, leveraging strong communication skills and assertiveness to keep projects on track. Support projects within Life Sciences/MedTech environments, with preference for experience in GxP-validated systems Work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA (3 days/week)
Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
