Role: Flutter Mobile Developer

Location: Temple, TX - Hybrid

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Flutter and a solid understanding of mobile development best practices. Candidates with native iOS/Android backgrounds who are willing to transition to Flutter are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
Integrate mobile apps with RESTful and third-party APIs.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on professional experience with Flutter.
Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and mobile app architecture.
Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
Familiarity with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and in-app purchases.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Experience with automated testing in Flutter.
Prior experience working in agile/scrum environments.
