Job Overview
Client is seeking experienced Taxonomy Analysts to support AI and data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taxonomy development, metadata classification, data annotation, and content localization. This is a fully remote opportunity with multiple openings across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain taxonomy and metadata classification systems.
Classify and organize job-related content and datasets.
Perform data labeling and annotation to improve AI/LLM models.
Support content localization and multilingual data initiatives.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of taxonomy structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and search relevance.
Required Skills
Experience with Taxonomy Development or Metadata Classification
Strong background in Data Labeling and Data Annotation
Experience with Content Localization
Knowledge of Job and Resume Taxonomy
Experience supporting AI/LLM Data Quality initiatives
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large-scale datasets
Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Prior experience supporting taxonomy projects for job boards, HR technology, or search platforms
