Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance techno‑functional role
• End‑to‑end knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OM → AR → CE → GL) in manufacturing
• End‑to‑end knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (PO → AP → Payments → GL) in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of manufacturing financial flows (WIP, Costing, Inventory to Finance)
• Experience with AR, AP, Cash Management, GL, and EB‑Tax
• Knowledge of Payments, Lockbox, AutoInvoice, SLA, and accounting setups
• Understanding of Cost accounting impact on O2C and P2P transactions
• Experience in carve‑out / spin‑off / divestiture projects
• Exposure to customer, supplier, item, open AR/AP, WIP, inventory migration
• Hands‑on GL reconciliation across O2C, P2P, and Manufacturing
• Strong techno‑functional skills (SQL, data validation, issue triage)
• Experience with RICEW coordination, UAT, go‑live, and hypercare
Good to have skills:
• Integration knowledge or middleware
• Exposure to shared services or manufacturing finance operations
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support end‑to‑end O2C and P2P processes from manufacturing finance side
• Act as bridge between Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams
• Support carve‑out/spin‑off implementations, data migration, and reconciliation
• Resolve cross‑module issues spanning OM, AR, AP, CE, Costing, and GL
• Support period close, audit, and financial reconciliations
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, and go‑live support
• Provide post‑go‑live stabilization and production support
