IT Project Manager M&A / Acquisition Integration

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead global business integration and M&A integration initiatives for a brand acquisition. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks, and ensure alignment across business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

• Use ServiceNow as the project management tool to manage timelines and create/manage project demands and tickets.

• Coordinate global and US stakeholders across IT, supply chain, finance, data, cybersecurity, retail, and e-commerce.

• Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and status updates.

• Support project governance, leadership approvals, and executive presentations.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed timelines, budget, scope, and business objectives.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.

• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for project management and timeline tracking.

• Experience with systems integration, business integration, or M&A projects.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

• Ability to work onsite three days per week in NYC or Berkeley Heights, NJ.
