Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end program planning activities by creating realistic timelines, milestones, and quality gates
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, test engineers, and product partners
Monitor program progress using defined metrics and dashboards
Oversee implementation of robust API testing strategies
Guide teams in defining clear acceptance criteria and test strategies
Review risk logs and issue registers to identify dependencies and mitigation actions
Provide detailed program status updates using quantitative quality metrics
Align program scope with technical capabilities and automation strategies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of modern automation practices
Collaborate with Infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure stable testing environments and pipelines
Facilitate communication across distributed teams and resolve blockers
Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
9 11 years of experience managing technology programs or large-scale quality engineering initiatives
Strong understanding of API Testing concepts and integration validation
Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation using Java
Experience with Playwright automation for modern web applications
Strong foundation in Java programming concepts
Experience working in hybrid work environments
Nice to Have:
CI/CD tools and pipeline orchestration experience
Performance Testing or Reliability Engineering exposure
Experience with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and UX teams
Risk Management and Stakeholder Management experience
Knowledge of Secure Testing Practices and Accessibility Standards
