Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our client s team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered digital experiences within enterprise environments. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams, contribute to large-scale initiatives, and confidently present design solutions to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and user-focused digital experiences for enterprise-level applications.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders within agile teams.
Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Participate in large-scale digital transformation or product initiatives.
Present design concepts and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
Incorporate user feedback and research into design improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of UX Design experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience working in Agile development teams.
Exposure to large-scale enterprise initiatives or product implementations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio required demonstrating UX process, design thinking, and project outcomes.
