We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Administrator/Developer to support CRM activation and marketing campaigns. This role involves building customer journeys, developing dynamic email templates, and ensuring data quality and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns in SFMC
Build and optimize Journey Builder workflows and Automation Studio jobs
Develop SQL queries and AMPscript-based dynamic templates
Manage Data Extensions and ensure data integrity
Support Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) components
Perform QA, testing, and campaign validation before deployment
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
Required Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong expertise in SQL and AMPscript
Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions
Knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, and triggered sends
Experience with Interaction Studio / Personalization (preferred)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
