Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director

We are seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director to support Guidehouse on a commercial health revenue cycle technology and analytics initiative focused on Epic revenue cycle performance, hospital billing optimization, reporting enablement, KPI definition, and executive decision support.
This is a remote opportunity supporting a sold and funded commercial health project. The Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will lead workstreams across Epic revenue cycle technology, analytics, operational performance, reporting readiness, dashboard development, baseline analysis, go-live readiness, post-live stabilization, and revenue cycle optimization.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Epic revenue cycle, hospital billing, healthcare analytics, revenue cycle performance improvement, executive reporting, client-facing delivery, and cross-functional leadership. Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims and Remittance, Revenue Guardian, Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is highly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams for a commercial health client
Partnering with client executives, operational leaders, IT teams, reporting analysts, and revenue cycle stakeholders
Supporting hospital billing performance improvement through metric definition, baseline analysis, reporting enablement, and executive-ready insights
Defining KPI logic, reporting requirements, dashboard needs, baseline assumptions, and performance monitoring frameworks
Translating revenue cycle data, workflow gaps, and operational trends into actionable recommendations
Supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, transition, go-live readiness, command center, and post-live stabilization activities
Identifying revenue cycle risks, reporting gaps, workflow issues, and performance improvement opportunities
Developing executive presentations, status updates, performance summaries, and client-facing deliverables
Providing guidance to Managing Consultants, Senior Consultants, Consultants, analysts, and client team members
Communicating effectively across executive, operational, technical, reporting, and analyst audiences
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Epic revenue cycle technology, revenue cycle analytics, or revenue cycle transformation
Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, go-live readiness, post-live stabilization, or performance improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of hospital billing, professional billing, claims, denials, charge capture, reimbursement, AR, revenue integrity, or patient financial services workflows
Experience defining KPIs, metric logic, baselines, dashboards, reporting requirements, or performance improvement measures
Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
Experience leading workstreams, managing deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, and presenting to senior leadership
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims and Remittance, Revenue Guardian, or Revenue Integrity
Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools
Prior consulting experience
Experience mentoring consultants, analysts, or revenue cycle team members
Experience supporting large provider organizations, commercial health systems, multi-hospital environments, or complex Epic revenue cycle transformation projects
