Full time position with hybrid work schedule in the Tampa, FL area.

We are looking for a skilled Senior PHP Web Developer with a background in managing product information (PIM), digital assets (DAM), and e-commerce. PHP Developer with PIM, DAM, and E-Commerce will be required by our client..

In this role, you will design and develop advanced web applications while ensuring seamless functionality and high-quality performance. This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a dynamic and talented team.

Responsibilities:

Create, test, and maintain web applications using PHP MVC frameworks.

Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Develop and integrate APIs to enhance system functionality and user experiences.

Optimize database performance and structure using MySQL and MongoDB.

Work with product information (PIM), digital assets (DAM), and E-Commerce such as Pimcore or related PIM/DAM/E-Commerce tools

Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Ensure the security and integrity of web applications through best practices.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in web development using PHP MVC frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel.

Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB.

Familiarity with product information (PIM), digital assets, E-commerce such as Pimcore, Akeneo, Salsify, Plytix, InRiver, or Sales Layer

Experience with API development and integration.

Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
