Job Title: HR Coordinator



Location: 26701 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI 48033



Shift Schedule: (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote)



EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.



EXPERIENCE:2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative DutiesProvide general administrative assistant support to the Head of NA HR, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, expense reporting, and handling correspondence.Coordinate and plan team events and workshopsMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for employee records and HR documentation.Assist with onboarding logistics and coordination.Maintain annual HR calendar for the People and Culture functionOwn all regional HR communications for the regionMaintain all annual compliance and license to operate training documentation



Document PreparationDraft, format, and proofread HR-related documents such as offer letters, policy updates, and internal communications.Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership.



Basic Project WorkSupport HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement programs, wellness campaigns, and process improvements.Track project milestones and deliverables.



Exit InterviewsSchedule and conduct exit interviews.Compile feedback and identify trends to support retention strategies.Ensure proper offboarding documentation and procedures are followed.



HR Program AdministrationAssist employees with HR program plan inquiries and enrollment.Coordinate with benefits providers to manage retirement contributions and documentation.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates.



Vendor SAP Setup and ManagementFacilitate the onboarding of new HR vendors in SAP.Maintain vendor profiles and ensure compliance with procurement policies.Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams for vendor-related issues.
