Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter / HR Coordinator to support both full-cycle recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the recruiting lifecycle, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and HR systems in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing recruitment with HR operational responsibilities while partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offers, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS/ATS data accuracy.
  • Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Support HR administrative functions and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR and/or recruiting experience.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
