Summary

Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead complex IT initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in Agile environments. The successful candidate will guide project delivery, maintain stakeholder alignment, and use structured project management practices to keep priorities, timelines, and risks on track.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, support delivery teams, and remove obstacles that may impact project progress.
Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders to define priorities, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and potential risks, then develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives moving forward.
Use Atlassian Jira to track work, manage backlogs, report status, and provide visibility into team performance and deliverables.
Prepare and present project updates, key decisions, and performance metrics to leadership and other stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by refining project governance, delivery practices, and team collaboration methods.
Support organizational or technology change efforts, including process updates or system-related transitions, as part of broader project responsibilities.

Requirements

Proven experience managing IT projects from initiation through completion in fast-paced business environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and the ability to apply them effectively across project teams.
PMP certification or a comparable project management credential is required.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate clearly at all levels of an organization.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including risk management, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Ability to work independently while also leading collaborative, cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
