Description
We are looking for a SVP, Product Manager to guide product direction and help deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to turn ideas into well-defined priorities, support Agile delivery, and maintain a clear path from concept through release. The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Define product priorities by translating business goals and user needs into a clear roadmap and actionable work items.
Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to refine features, clarify scope, and support successful delivery across Agile sprints.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-structured, ready for development, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Use Jira to track progress, organize work, and provide visibility into timelines, dependencies, and delivery status.
Review reported issues, coordinate bug triage, and help drive resolution based on customer impact and product priorities.
Gather feedback from users and internal teams to identify improvement opportunities and inform future product decisions.
Write clear acceptance criteria and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement activities.
Monitor product outcomes and recommend adjustments that improve usability, quality, and overall business value.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in product management within a cross-functional software or technology environment.
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and the ability to support iterative product delivery.
Experience managing and refining product backlogs with strong attention to prioritization and detail.
Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for planning, tracking, and coordinating work.
Familiarity with bug tracking processes and issue resolution workflows.
Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and drive execution effectively.
