W2 Only || SAP EHS Solution Architect / Senior Consultant || Dallas, Texas

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Hands-On SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Solution Architect / Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will be a key pillar in delivering robust support, resolving complex technical and functional issues, and driving knowledge transfer (KT) initiatives for S/4HANA support requirements.
• This position involves very high client engagement, requiring you to work closely with client business users, the client IT team, senior stakeholders, and our global delivery structure (5 onshore and 19 offshore team members).

Key Responsibilities

• AMS Delivery & Support: Own day-to-day application management services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system stability for EHS processes.
• S/4HANA Transition & KT: Actively participate in S/4HANA support requirements and lead knowledge transfer activities.
• Regulatory & Compliance Management: Handle SVT, REACH, SARA, TUSCA, and Biocides compliance, permits, and regulatory reporting.
• Product Safety & Dangerous Goods: Manage product safety specifications, hazardous substance data, DG data, substance volume tracking, and expert rules.
• Document & Label Management: Oversee WWI servers, label generation, MSDS/expert rule servers, and regulatory outputs (SDS, Tremcards, SHOC cards, Labels, Cover letters, Sample labels, Biocides).
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate across interfacing modules including MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, DMS, and Foreign Trade (FT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Functional Expertise: SAP EHS (Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Hazardous Substance Management, and Global Label Management).
• Key Functional Objects:
  • Phrase libraries, value assignment types, classes, characteristics, and property trees.
  • Substance workbench, OCC SERC updates, material master data, and work area data.
  • Regulatory reporting, SDS publishing, DMS support for inbound documents, and data archiving.
  • Foreign trade setup for transport, shipping, regulatory licenses, and tariff codes.

• Client-Facing Acumen: Demonstrated experience in managing daily client engagement, building relationships with business users, and interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
• Industry Background: Preferred experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, or Manufacturing sectors.
