Job Description:
The Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of communication and training plans for the Child Support Bureau and local Title IV-D staff across Indiana.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Create and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts.
· Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders.
· Assist in developing training and training material for systems of record.
· Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.
· Assist adult learners in physical classroom trainings.
· Assist with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings.
· Assist with administrative tasks associated with training registration.
· Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions.
· Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula

· Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and Jira.

Required Skills:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook 365, SharePoint, PPT, Word, Excel and Teams) - Required - 3 Years
· Excellent grammar and writing skills, including the ability to convey written, technical information in a clear, concise manner. - Required
· Experience creating and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts. - Required
· Experience facilitating webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues - Required
· Experience of Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Service Management tools - Required
· Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing - Required
· Ability to identify and resolve problems using research techniques - Required
· Bachelor’s degree or higher

Work Arrangement:
