Summary

We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 upgrade project in a GMP laboratory environment. The candidate will configure workflows, master data, laboratory equipment, and integrations for raw materials and commercial product testing.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS / LabWare 8
Strong GMP laboratory experience
Experience with:
- Raw materials testing
- Commercial product/stability workflows
- Laboratory equipment workflows
LabWare configuration, implementation, and validation support
Instrument/system integration experience (LabX, Empower, etc.)
Experience with requirements traceability and compliant LIMS design
Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills

Preferred:

Pharma/Biopharma industry experience
LabWare upgrade or large LIMS implementation experience
CSV / validation documentation experience

Key Responsibilities:

Configure LabWare LIMS workflows and master data
Support instrument and enterprise system integrations
Troubleshoot workflow and integration issues
Ensure GMP compliance, validation, and data integrity standards
Collaborate with QA, Validation, IT, and Lab teams
