An Excellent Opportunity for Technical Project Manager to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Charlotte, NC



Pay Range: $55/hr $60/hr



Job Description:


Seeking a Service Delivery Lead / Project Manager to drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives within a digital/mobile environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating delivery across teams, managing change processes, and ensuring initiatives are progressing efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating independently while managing multiple moving pieces.



Day to Day



  • Lead execution and coordination across multiple active projects

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams

  • Work with technical teams to understand API/service integrations and platform architecture impacts

  • Support change management activities and ensure proper documentation and approvals

  • Assist in audit readiness / pre-audit activities, ensuring controls and documentation are in place

  • Communicate progress, blockers, and updates to stakeholders

  • Ensure projects remain aligned with delivery timelines and operational priorities



MUST HAVE



  • 3 5 years of experience in service delivery, project management, or technical program coordination

  • Execution-focused delivery mindset strong at driving initiatives forward and closing gaps

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

  • Mobile or digital platform experience

  • Strong understanding of APIs, services, and system architectures

  • Experience supporting change management processes

  • Exposure to internal audit or pre-audit preparation

  • Ability to operate independently and command ownership of the role
