KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Salesforce Developer - Apex & LWC | Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning | Integrations
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable solutions across a complex Salesforce ecosystem supporting service operations and field service teams. This is a software development role focused on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) within enterprise Salesforce environments. Candidates should be comfortable building programmatic Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations, not just configuring the platform. The ideal candidate brings experience working with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning, building scalable integrations, and supporting enterprise-scale data environments. We are looking for developers who are inquisitive, proactive, and solutions-oriented-engineers who ask questions, challenge assumptions, and propose improvements rather than simply executing specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and platform configuration
- Design and implement solutions within Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures
- Work within large enterprise data environments, supporting both real-time integrations and scheduled/batch processing
- Develop scalable solutions supporting service operations, call center workflows, and field service processes
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, and working solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to improve system capabilities
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities within an Agile delivery environment
- Follow Salesforce best practices around security, scalability, performance, and governor limits
- Contribute ideas to improve platform architecture, automation, and integration strategies
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) in production Salesforce environments
- Experience implementing solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service (Field Service Lightning)
- Experience building enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce data modeling, and platform security/sharing architecture
- Experience working within large enterprise data environments, including real-time and batch data processing
- Ability to design and implement programmatic Salesforce solutions, not just declarative configuration or administrative tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Field Service Lightning workflows such as service territories, scheduling, dispatch, and technician mobile applications
- Experience integrating Salesforce with contact center or telephony platforms
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar tools
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, SFDX, or CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant
- Certification development is encouraged, and support is provided for obtaining Salesforce certifications after joining.
Compensation depends on experience but is typically up to $131K plus 10% bonus incentive.
